Mee Sua Pancake
Ingredients
1. Mee Sua (half a pack)
2. 2 eggs (with some pepper....optional)
3. 2 stalks spring onions (chopped)
4. 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method
1. Blanch mee sua in boiling water.
2. Heat pan with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Transfer mee sua to pan.
3. Try to spread mee sua to form of a circle.
4. Check the underside of mee sua. Add more oil if needed.
5. Once underside is charred, pour eggs over mee sua.
6. Filp mee sua over once egg is set.
7. The dish is ready to be served when egg is cooked.
8. Garnish with spring onions.
