Ingredients.
1. 140 ml warm milk
2. 1/2 tsp yeast
3. 2 tbsp sugar
4. 50g soft butter
5. 1 egg (room temp)
6. 300g AP flour
7. 1 tsp salt
Method
First Proofing (about 2 to 3 hour)
1. Add yeast and sugar to warm milk. Stir gently and allow yeast to bloom for about 5 mins.
2. Add butter and egg to the milk and whisk.
3 Add flour and salt. Mix with a wooden spatula.
(My preference : Combine flour, salt and mixture with a wooden spatula. When it is almost done, I mix with hand to form a ball.)
4. Cover dough with a cling wrap (to prevent dough from drying) and let it proof for 2 to 3 hour.
Second Proofing (45 min)
1. By now, dough should be double in size.
2. Transferred dough onto a lightly floured surface.
3. Gently degas the dough. (I prefer to fold the dough gently and form dough into a long strip almost as long as my baking tin.)
4. Divide dough into 6 portions and shape each portion to look something like a bun by tucking in the edges. It should be smooth and round.

5. Cover with cling wrap again. and proof for 45 min.
Baking (20 min)
1. Egg wash the each dough.
2. Baked in an 190 degree oven for 20 mins.
