Chocolate Chips Muffins


  

This recipe will yield 15 muffins. 




Ingredients (15 muffins)

Dry ingredients

1. 343g or  2  3/4 cups of plain flour
2. 170g sugar
3. 1tbsp + 1/4tsp baking power
4. 1  1/4 tsp baking soda
5. 300g chocolate chips


Wet Ingredients

1. 125g unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
2.  3 eggs
3.  120ml milk
4.  3 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Dry ingredients

1.  Mix all dry ingredients in a big mixing bowl.

Wet ingredients

melt and cool butter
1.  When melted butter is cooled, add eggs, milk and vanilla extract and whisk well.


Dry + Wet ingredients





1.  Pour wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
     Do not overmix.  You are done when all the dry ingredients just combined with wet ingredients. Overmixing will result in tough muffins.
2.  Baked in 220 degree oven for 7 mins.  Turn temperature down to 180 degree and bake for 15 min  or toothpick comes out clean.
