Baked Chicken Katsu with Sauce

Ingredients (serves 2)
1. 2 Chicken Breast or thigh
2. 1/2 cup flour
3. 2 eggs
4. 1 packet of panko
5. Salt and pepper
Sauce
1. 1 cup ketchup
2. 1/4 soy sauce
3. 2 Tbsp vinegar / apple cider
4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
5. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
6. 1/2 tsp mustard
Method
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper to chicken.
2. Fry panko with some olive oil until golden brown over low heat.

5. Coat chicken with panko.
6. Pre-heat oven (180 degree). Bake chicken for 20 mins.

Sauce
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
