Panini Bread


 Ingredients: 

 1. 300g bread flour / plain flour 
2. 160 ml warm milk 
3. 1 tsp sugar 
4. 1/2 tsp instant yeast 
5. 3/4 tsp salt 
6. 30g soft butter 

 Method
 1. Dissolve sugar and instant yeast in warm milk. Allow yeast to activate. (Takes about 1o to 15 min) 
2. Mix salt and flour in a large bowl. 
3. Once yeast has been activated, add butter. 4. Pour in all dry ingredients (salt and flour) and mix till combine. 
 5. Transfer dough to a flour surface and knead for 6 to 8 min. Dough will become softer. 
6. Shape the dough into a log shape. Divide into 4 to 6 equal pieces depending on the size you want. 
7. Form into piece into a ball. With a rolling pin, roll the ball into an long oval shape (0.5 cm thickness) 


 8. Place the shaped dought onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. 
9. Cover with a damp cloth or cling wrap and keep it in a warm environment for 2 hour. 
10. Bake in an 180 degree oven for about 20 min. The end product does not need to be golden brown.
