Tofu with soy sauce

 




Ingredients

1) 2 firm tofu (cut into cubes)
2) 1 beaten egg
3)  1 glove minced garlic
4) 2 chilies (chopped)
5)  3 to 4 stalks spring onions (chopped)

Sauce 
1)  1 tbsp light soy sauce
2)  1 tbsp oyster sauce
3)  some salt and sugar
4)  20 ml water

* Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Method

1)  Pour egg to tofu and mix well.
2)  Pan fry tofu until brown and set aside.
3)  Sautee garlic, chili and some spring onions.
4)  Pour in sauce.  Mix well and allow it to simmer.
5)  Add tofu and mix well until tofu is coated with sauce.
6)  Let it simmer until sauce is reduced.
7)  Garnish with the rest of spring onions.
