Banana Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients (12 muffins)
Dry ingredient
1) 220g all purpose flour (about 1 3/4 cup)

2) 100g sugar
3) 1 tsp baking soda
4) 1/4 tsp salt
5) 1 tsp cinnamon powder
6) 95g chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup)
Wet ingredient
1) 2 eggs
2) 125ml vegetable oil
4) 3 ripe bananas
5) 60g yogurt
6) 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Method
1. Mash bananas in a large bowl. It is good to have some chunks of bananas.

2) Pour in all the wet ingredient and mix well.
3) In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and mix well.
4) Pour wet ingredient to dry ingredient and mix until just combine.
5) Fill muffin liners with batter. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in a 175 degree celsius oven.
