Kimchi Stew Recipe

I was given a tub of kimchi and was wondering what to do with it.
My daughter suggested making kimchi stew.  I tried the recipe I googled and it was a success.

Ingredients :

1 cup of kimchi
1 tbsp of gochujang
(a savory and pungent fermented Korean condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt)
100 g meat (chicken , pork or beef)
1 egg tofu
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 egg (optional)


1. Sautéed garlic with so oil.  Add meat and cook it until the pink disappear. 
2. Add kimchi and 3 cups of water and stir gently
3. Add gochujang and stir until gochujang dissolve
4. Add cut egg tofu
5. Let the stew simmer for a few minutes.
6. Crack in an egg if you want before serving
