Steam Minced Meat

I have decided to add recipes to my blog to share my no fuss cooking. 

This is a no fussy yet good to eat dish.  It will not dirty your kitchen and requires minimum cleaning.

Steam Minced Meat


1. 250g minced pork
2. 2 chestnuts ( diced)
3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
4. 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
5. a dash of pepper


1.  Mixed soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and chestnuts into a bowl of minced pork.
2.  Steam the minced pork for about 10 minutes.
3.  Garnish with coriander or spring onions.
